Thai Mixed Vegetables in Coconut Milk

Ingredients:
Cauliflowers
Red Chili Peppers
Onions
Red Onions
Chinese Long Beans
Tomatoes
Coconut Milk
Basil
Steps:
1.
Chop the cauliflowers, red chili peppers, onions, red onions, Chinese long beans and tomatoes into small pieces.
2.
Put the chopped ingredients into the Ultimate Rice Cooker. Keep the lid open. Saute by selecting any function. Stir fry until tender.
3.
Pour in the coconut milk and reduce it. Lastly, add basil. Serve.
