Cut the chicken wings in half. Zest the lemon. Set aside.

Grill the chicken wings using the Korean Barbeque Grill until they turn golden yellow.
3.
Replace the sun-ray grill pan with the flat grill pan. Put in lemon zests, onions, dried shallots and black pepper. Reduce the sauce. Serve.
