Stir Fried Mini Geoducks in Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients:
Geoducks
Fermented Black Beans
Chili Pepper
Green Bell Peppers
Onions
Steps:
1.
Dice the green bell peppers and onions. Mince the garlic.
2.
Saute the onions, minced garlic and black beans in the Smart Stir Fryer for 1 minute with the lid closed. Then, toss in the the bell peppers. Select the "Stir Fry" function.
3.
Stir fry the bell peppers until tender. Put in the geoducks and and stir until fully cooked.
