Baked Fried Rice with Cheese and Tri-Colour Peppers

Ingredients:
Mozzarella Cheese250 g
Tri-Colour Bell PeppersHalf Each
White Rice2 Bowls
OnionsTo Taste
Sweet CornTo Taste
Shredded ChiliTo Taste
Steps:
1.
Cook the rice with the Multifunctional Rice Cooker, Ultimate Rice Cooker or IH Pressure Rice Cooker the night before. Let cool and chill in the fridge.
2.
Dice the ginger and onions. Stir fry in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Then, put in the leftover rice and stir so that it breaks apart.
3.
Add salt, light soy sauce and sesame oil.
4.
Remove the top and deseed the tri-colour bell peppers. Place them into a bowl together with the bell peppers. Sprinkle with cheese.
5.
Place the bowl into the 2-in-1 Steam Oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Tips:
Maria's Tips: Stir fry the rice with a rice paddle makes it easier to break the rice apart.
