Fish Head with Chopped Chilli Sauce

Ingredients:
Fish Head
Bird’s Eye Chilli
Chopped Chilli Sauce
Chopped Garlic
Coriander
Green Onion
Ginger
Shredded Ginger
Shaoxing Wine
Ground White Peppercorn
Salt & Soy Sauce
Steps:
1.
Rinse fish head and cut into pieces. Add salt, ginger slices and wine. Soak for 10 min.
2.
Apply chilli pepper, shredded ginger and white peppercorn evenly on fish head pieces. Marinate for another 10 min.
3.
Pour soy sauce, chopped garlic and chopped chilli sauce on top of fish head. Place dish into Steam Oven and steam for 10 min.
4.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with coriander and spring onion. Pour hot oil over it and serve.
