Barbecue Pork

Ingredients:
Pork Collar Butt120 g
Seasoning:
Five-Spice PowderTo Taste
Shaoxing WineTo Taste
Sugar2 tsp
Salt1 tsp
Sauce:
HoneyTo Taste
Char Siu Sauce2 tsp
Steps:
1.
Lock the Circulator onto the water container. Set the time and temperature.
2.
Mix the seasonings in a bowl. Put the mixture and pork into the vacuum zipper bag. Seal with the Vacuum Sealer.
3.
When the water reaches the desired temperature, place the bag into the water bath. Cook for 4 hours.
4.
Remove the pork from the bag. Put it into the Halogen Cooking Pot. Apply honey onto its surface and grill for 3 minutes at 250°C.
5.
Turn the pork over. Apply honey and grill for 2 more minutes.
