Pork Chop with Cinnamon Apple Sauce

Ingredients:
Boneless Pork Chop1 pc (~250 g)
Green Apple (chopped)2 pcs
Garlic2 Cloves
Ginger (grated)1 tsp
Seasonings:
SaltTo Taste
Olive OilTo Taste
Mixed HerbsTo Taste
Sauce:
White Wine½ Cup
Orange Juice1 tsp
Cinnamon½ tsp
Honey4 tsp
Flour2 tsp
Steps:
1.
Lock the Circulator onto the water container. Set the time and temperature.
2.
Marinate the pork chop for 30 minutes. Place into the vacuum zipper bag. Seal with the Vacuum Sealer.
3.
When the water reaches the desired temperature, place the bag into the water bath. Cook for 2 hours.
4.
Sauté the apple, garlic and ginger in a pan. Pour in the seasonings and cook for 10 minutes until thickened.
5.
Remove the chop from the bag. Sear both sides and the edges in a hot pan. Pour apple sauce on top.
