Barbeque Ribs

Ingredients:
Pork Ribs600 g
Onions(chopped)1/4 pc
Seasonings:
Olive Oil1 tbsp
Ketchup300 ml
Maple Syrup150 ml
Water60 ml
Lemon Juice3 tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce3 tsp
Apple Jam80 ml
#Ground Cinnamon1/4 tsp
Mixed HerbsTo Taste
Chili SauceTo Taste
SaltTo Taste
Black PepperTo Taste
Steps:
1.
Heat up oil in a frying pan. Put in the onions and stir fry for 2 minutes.
2.
Mix the sauce ingredients and rub the mixture onto the pork ribs. Marinate for 2 hours.
3.
Put the ribs on the grill tray and place them into the Steam Oven. Grill at 200°C for 45 minutes. Serve.
Tips:
To save time, replace the DIY sauce with store-bought BBQ sauce.
