Crème Brûlée

Approx. 60 min
Ingredients:
Whipping Cream250 ml
Milk250 ml
Vanilla Pod1 pc
Egg Yolk120 g
Sugar100 g
Steps:
1.
Heat the whipping cream, milk, vanilla pod and half of the sugar until it smokes.
2.
Whisk the other half of the sugar and egg yolk together in a bowl using Cordless 3-in-1 Hand Blender.
3.
Pour in the mixture in (1). Mix well with Cordless 3-in-1 Hand Blender.
4.
Run the mixture through a strainer. Pour into ramekins.
5.
Put the ramekins into Multifunctional Steam Grill Oven. Select Steam Grill Mode and bake for 20-25 minutes.
6.
Let the brûlée cool. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
7.
Sprinkle sugar on top and burn with a gas torch to create the caramel crust. Done.
