Thai Roasted Pork Cheek

Ingredients:
Pork Cheek400 克
Seasonings:
Shaoxing Wine15 ml
Sesame Oil10 ml
Light Soy Sauce or Fish Sauce15 ml
Ketchup30 ml
Lemongrass1/2 pc
Lime1/2 pc
Sugar10 g
Ginger5 g
Sauce:
Lemongrass1/2 pc

Steps:

Slice the pork cheek. Set aside.
2.
Chop the ginger and lemongrass into a mash. Mix it with other marinades and marinate the pork cheek for 2 hours.
3.
Place the pork cheek into the Steam Oven. Grill at 200°C for 20 minutes.
4.
Mix all sauce ingredients to serve as dipping sauce.
