Spinach and Cod Bisque

Ingredients:
Bone-in Cod Steak300 g
Shrimps6 pcs
Spinach50 g
Black-Eyed Peas1/2 Bowl
Onions 1/4 pc
StockTo Taste
Hot WaterTo Taste
Skimmed Milk100 ml

Steps:
1.
Remove scales from the cod steak. Rinse and marinate with salt. Rinse and drain the spinach and black-eyed peas.
2.
Cook the spinach, black-eyed peas, onions, shrimps with stock in low heat for 5 minutes.
3.
Put the fish into the 2-in-1 Steam Oven. Steam for 6 minutes until fully cooked.
4.
Put the fish, vegetable soup, hot water and skimmed milk into the Tornado Series Professional High Speed Food Processor. Select and blend with the "Hot Drink" function. Serve.
