German-style Grilled Pork Knuckle

Ingredients :
Pork Knuckle (Salted)1 pc
Salt3 tsp
Sauce :
Beer (Tsing Tao)200 克
Sugar2 tsp
Salt½ tsp
(mix well in a heat-resistant bowl)
Steps:
1.
Rub salt all over the pork knuckle. Let sit overnight.
2.
Add water into Halogen Cooking Pot. Steam pork knuckle for 10 minutes.
3.
Put knuckle upside down into the bowl of sauce. Grill at 180°C for 30 minutes.
4.
Remove knuckle from bowl. Grill at 250°C for another 20 minutes.
