Stir Fried Sichuan Baby Cabbages with Cured Meat

Ingredients:
Cured Meat
Sichuan Baby Cabbages
Dried Shallots
Garlic
Seasonings:
Salt
Sugar
Shaoxing Wine
Pepper
Steps:
1.
Dice Sichuan baby cabbages into appropriate size. Blanch cured meat.
2.
