Italian Grilled Pork Belly Rolls with Pesto Sauce

Pork Belly
Marinade:
Cumin Seeds

Steps:
1.
Dry cumin seeds, black pepper and crushed chili with the Korean Barbeque Grill. Blend all marinade ingredients with the 6-in-1 Hand Blender.
2.
Make a few cuts on the pork rind. Create small holes all over it using a needle.
3.
Apply marinade onto both sides of the pork belly. Roll the meat and secure with threads. Marinate for half an hour.
4.
Grill the pork with the Korean Barbeque Grill at 200C for 1 hour.
5.
Blend sauce ingredients with the Hand Blender to create the sea salt sauce. Cut the grilled pork into slices and serve with the sauce.
