Turnip Cake with Cured Meat

Ingredients:
Turnips
600g
Chinese Sausages
30g
Cured Meat
30g
Dried shrimps
20g
Chinese Mushrooms
20g
Dried Scallops
20g
Rice Flour
200g
Seasonings:
Slab Sugar
20g
Pepper
to taste
Salt
to taste
Steps:
1.
Shred dried shrimps, dried tangerine peels, Chinese mushrooms, dried shallots and coriander. Mix in minced mud carp and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
2.
Apply corn starch onto both the inside and outside of the mud carp. Stuff the mud carp with minced fish mixture.
3.
Heat up the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker and put in oil and ginger. Pan fry the mud carp in the Cooker. Leave aside.
4.
Mix seasonings with water to create a sauce. Boil the sauce in the Cooker. Add dried shallots.
5.
Pour the sauce onto the fried mud carp. Done.
Tips:
1) Turnips (with peels): Rice Flour = 6 Catty: 1 Catty 2) Slab sugar removes bitterness. 3) Do not remove the remaining turnip greens. It is more convenient to shred the turnip holding the remaining greens.
