Watercress Soup with Duck Neck and Gizzard

Duck Necks
Gizzards
Candied Dates
Dried Tangerine Peels
Lean Pork
Sweet & Bitter Apricot Kernels
Cured Duck Necks

Steps:

Blanch lean pork. Blanch cured duck necks and chop into pieces.
2.
Put all ingredients into the Ultimate Rice Cooker. Pour in boiling water, close and lock the lid. Select the "Soup" function.
3.
Open the lid when the steam is fully released. Season with salt.
