Steps:

Deseed the red dates.
2.
Put the red dates, water, rock sugar, water chestnut flour and tapioca starch into the Tornado Series Professional High Speed Food Processor. Blend into a paste using the "Vegetable" programme.
3.
Pour the paste into a cake mold and steam for 25-30 minutes.
