Homemade Snake Soup

Ingredients:
Shredded Snake Meat
Black Fungus
Chinese Mushrooms
Shredded Chicken
Shredded Dried Tangerine Peels
Lemon Leaves
Crispbread
Daisies
Corn Starch
Soup:
Chicken Carcass
Ginger
Shaoxing Wine
Chinese Ham
Pork Bones
Seasonings:
Salt
Pepper
Sesame Oil
Steps:
1.
Blanch chicken carcass and pork bones.
2.
Put soup ingredients into the Ultimate Rice Cooker. Pour in hot water, close and lock the lid. Select the "Soup" function to create a soup.

Open the lid when the steam is fully released. Put in shredded snake meat, black fungus, Chinese mushrooms and dried tangerine peels. Select any function, keep the lid opened and let the ingredients cook.
4.
Lastly, add seasonings and thicken the soup with corn starch.
Tips:
Maria's Tips: Put the chicken into cold water and simmer in low heat until the water reaches 90C. Then wait for 5-8 minutes until it is cooked to keep the chicken tender.
