Homemade Snake Soup

Ingredients:
Shredded Snake Meat
Black Fungus
Chinese Mushrooms
Shredded Chicken
Shredded Dried Tangerine Peels
Lemon Leaves
Crispbread
Daisies
Corn Starch
Soup:
Chicken Carcass
Ginger
Shaoxing Wine
Chinese Ham
Pork Bones
Seasonings:
Salt
Pepper
Sesame Oil
Steps:
1.
Blanch chicken carcass and pork bones.
2.
Boil water with the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Put in soup ingredients to create a soup.
3.
Add shredded snake meat, black fungus, Chinese mushrooms and dried tangerine peels. Boil until cooked.
4.
Lastly, add seasonings and thicken the soup with corn starch.
Tips:
Maria's Tips: Put the chicken into cold water and simmer in low heat until the water reaches 90C. Then wait for 5-8 minutes until it is cooked to keep the chicken tender.
