Stewed Crab Meat with Bamboo Fungus

Ingredients:
Shredded crab meat
Bamboo fungus
Egg white
Diced ginger
Diced dried shallots
Stock
Sesame oil
Corn starch
Seasonings:
Pepper
Shaoxing wine
Fish sauce
Steps:
1.
Saute diced ginger and dried shallots in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker.
2.
Put in bamboo fungus, stock and water. Cook slightly and add seasonings.
3.
Add shredded crab meat and sesame oil after the bamboo fungus is cooked. Thicken the soup with corn starch.
4.
Lastly, put in egg white and stir.
