Sichuan Style Stewed Sliced Eel with Pickled Vegetables

Eel slices
Pickled vegetables
Pickled indigowoad roots
Sweet potato thread noodles
Marinade:
Salt
Pepper
Sauce:

Shaoxing wine
Oyster sauce

Steps:

Mainade eel slices.

Pan fry eel slices in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker until a golden yellow colour is seen. Leave the eel slices aside.

Create a sauce by mixing the related ingredients in a bowl. Cook the sauce with pickled indigowoad roots and vegetables in the Cooker to create a soup.

Put in sweet potato thread noodles and eel slices. Cook slightly.
