Nourishing Notoginseng Soup

Ingredients:
Notogingseng
Red dates
Chinese wolfberries
Dried tangerine peels
Dried longan
Astragalus
Chinese yams
Pork shoulder
Silky fowl
Seasonings:

Steps:
1.
Blanch pork shoulder and silky fowl. Remove seeds from red dates.

Boil water with the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Put all ingredients into the Cooker except the Chinese wolfberries. Select the "Boil" function and cook for 1.5 hours or for 2 or more hours using the "Slow Stew" function. Add Chinese wolfberries in the last 15 minutes.

Season with salt.
