Stewed Sea Cucumber Stuffed with Vegetarian Cod

Ingredients:
Vegetarian sea cucumber
Pea sprouts
Vegetarian hams
Toona paste
Corn starch
Seasonings:
Vegetarian oyster sauce
Steps:

Butterfly vegetarian sea cucumber. Cover with corn starch and stuff with vegetarian hams.

Using the "Grill" function, saute vegetarian sea cucumber in the IH Pressure Rice Cooker with the lid opened. Add water and toona paste. Close the lid and stew with the "Meat" function.
3.
Put in pea sprouts and stew until they are fully cooked. Season with vegetarian oyster sauce.
