Stewed Sea Cucumber Stuffed with Vegetarian Cod

Ingredients:
Vegetarian sea cucumber
Pea sprouts
Vegetarian hams
Toona paste
Corn starch
Seasonings:
Vegetarian oyster sauce
Steps:
1.
Butterfly vegetarian sea cucumber. Cover with corn starch and stuff with vegetarian hams.
2.
Saute vegetarian sea cucumber in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Add water and toona paste. Stew with the "Boil" function.
3.
Put in pea sprouts. Stew until they are fully cooked. Season with vegetarian oyster sauce.
