Taro Cake

Steps:
1.
Steam Chinese sausages and bacon in Auto Power Switch Health Cooker, let cool and dice. Soak dried shrimps in water until softened, drain (save the liquid). Remove peel from taro and dice.

Sauté Chinese sausages and bacon in Health Cooker under “stir-fry” mode. Set aside.
3.
Take out the inner pot of IH Pressure Rice Cooker. Add all batter ingredients and mix well.
4.
Cook taro cubes in dried shrimp liquid inside Health Cooker until fully boiled. Take 300 ml of the taro liquid and quickly pour into batter. Mix well until combined and half-cooked.
5.
Place the inner pot into the IH Rice Cooker. Close and lock the lid. Set to “Steam” mode and steam for about 35 minutes.
6.
Let the cake cool down and chill in the fridge. Slice up the cake and pan-fry in Health Cooker until golden brown.
