Barbecued Beef Patties

Ingredients:
Steak250 g
Onions1/2 pc
Rice Cake Strips8 Pcs
Marinade:
Soy Sauce1 tbsp
Sugar1 tsp
Sesame Oil1 tbsp
Pepper1/5 tsp
Mashed Garlic2 tsp
Mashed Apples1 tbsp
Korean Chili Powder1 tsp
Steps:

Blend the steak in the Tornado Series Professional High Speed Food Processor until it becomes a paste. Put in onions and blend briefly. Marinate for 1 hour.

Cook the rice cake. Divide the steak into 8 pieces and insert 1 rice cake strip into each piece. Place them onto the Korean Barbeque Grill and grill them in medium to high heat until both sides appear golden yellow. Then, grill in low heat until fully cooked.
