Blended Fish Bisque

Ingredients:
Carp 1 pc
Ginger3 Slices
Tofu4 pcs
StockTo Taste
Salt/ PepperTo Taste
Steps:
1.
Rinse the carp. Remove scales and internal organs. Marinate with salt for 5 minutes. Thoroughly cook and cube the tofu.
2.
Place the ginger slices on top of the fish. Steam the fish in the 2-in-1 Steam Oven for 20 minutes.
3.
Remove the fish head. Put the remaining of the fish into the Tornado Series Professional High Speed Food Processor. Pour in stock and blend for 8 minutes using the "Hot Drink" mode.
4.
Put in salt and pepper. Press the "Sauce" button and blend well. Pour the soup out. Add tofu cubes. Serve.
