Slow-cooked Salmon Fillet

Ingredients:
Salmon Sashimi300 g
Dill10 g
Olive Oil5 tbsp
Sweet PeppersTo Taste
Lemon JuiceTo Taste
Sea Salt1/4 tsp
Pepper1/8 tsp
Steps:

Rinse the salmon. Mix with the seasonings and put it into the vacuum zipper bag.
2.
Press the vacuum sealer tip of the Electric Handheld Vacuum Sealer flat against the air valve. Press the ON button to remove air from the bag. Set aside and let the salmon be marinated for 15 mins.
3.
Select the "Chocolate" mode of the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Place the vacuum bag into the Cooker when the water boils. Cook for 45-50 mins. Serve.
