Rinse the baby oysters twice with water, corn flour and salt. Then, blanch the baby oysters. Mix the sweet potato powder with 4 table spoons of water.

Mix duck eggs, chopped shallots, coriander, salt and sugar with pepper. Put in potato powder slurry, baby oysters and mix well.
3.
Pour the mixture onto the flat grill pan of the Korean Barbeque Grill. Cook until both sides turn golden-yellow.
