Stir Fried Vegetables with Konjac in XO Sauce

Ingredients:
Purple choy sum
Konjac
Baby corn
Vegetarian lean pork
Ginger
Seasonings:
XO sauce
Oyster sauce
Steps:
1.
Saute ginger with oil in the Smart Stir Fryer for 1 minute with the lid closed.
2.
Add baby corn, purple choy sum and vegetarian lean pork. Stir fry for 3 minutes.
3.
Lastly, toss in konjac and stir for 2 more minutes. Add seasonings.
