Claypot Rice with Minced Beef and Dried Shrimps

Rice

Steps:

Soak rice and dried shrimp in water for 1 hour. Strain and set aside. Marinate the beef with marinades for an hour. Cook soy sauces and sugar in saucepan till it forms a sweet soy sauce

Preheat claypot on ceramic cooker at 1600W. Add 3 cups rice and 1.5 cups water, cook for 8 minutes. Add in beef and dried shrimp sauté till fragrant, then lower the heat to 300W and cook for 8 more minutes.

Remove from heat, cover with lid and let sit for 3 minutes. Serve
