Western Style Stir Fried Spicy Venison

Ingredients:
Venison
Dried shallots
Onions
Tomatoes
Carrots
Seasonings:
Sauce for Cumin and Spicy Beef
Black pepper
Bay leaves
Oyster sauce
Steps:
1.
Blanch venison.

Saute dried shallots and onions in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Add venison, tomatoes, carrots and stir fry for 3 minutes.

Add seasonings and water. Cook in high heat until boiled, then simmer for 2 minutes in low heat.
