Pufferfish Maw Soup with Lotus Seeds and Lilies

Ingredients:
Pufferfish Maw
Lotus seeds
Lilies
Dried scallops
Pork shoulder
Dried tangerine peels
Conch
Seasonings:

Steps:

Soak pufferfish maw in water and let it expand. Blanch pork shoulder and conch.

Put in all ingredients (except pufferfish maw) into the IH Pressure Rice Cooker. Pour in boiling water, close and lock the lid. Select the "Soup" function.
3.
Open the lid when the steam is fully released. Add pufferfish maw and select the "Grill" function. Cook with the lid open for 5-10 minutes. Season with salt.
