Pufferfish Maw Soup with Lotus Seeds and Lilies

Ingredients:
Pufferfish Maw
Lotus seeds
Lilies
Dried scallops
Pork shoulder
Dried tangerine peels
Conch
Seasonings:

Steps:
1.
Soak pufferfish maw in water and let it expand. Blanch pork shoulder and conch.

Boil water with the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Put in all ingredients (except pufferfish maw) and cook for 1.5 hours using the "Boil" function, or for 2 hours or more using the "Slow Stew" function. Add pufferfish maw in the last 5-10 minutes.
3.
Season with salt.
