Koi Fish Cake

Ingredients:
Glutinous Rice Flour300 g
Wheat Flour15 g
Sugar200 g
Coconut Milk200 ml
Condensed Milk15 g
Water75 ml
Oil25 ml
Red Food Colouring3-5 Drops
Steps:

Select the "Boil" function of the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Cook the sugar, coconut milk and condensed milk until it dissolves. Add water and oil. Mix well and let it cool.
2.
Sieve the glutinous rice flour and wheat flour. Pour in the syrup in (1) after it has cooled down to 70°C and stir well. Take a small amount of dough, add food colouring and knead until the colour is even out.
3.
Coat the koi fish cake mould with oil. Place the red dough into the back and tail positions of the mould.
4.
Knead the white dough and place it into the mould. Steam for 60 mins in the 2-in-1 Steam Oven. Serve.
