Taro and Dried Scallop Cakes

Ingredients:
Taro
Dried Scallops
Minced pork
Yellow mustard
Dried shrimps
Corn starch
Eggs
Bread crumps
Marinade:
Shaoxing wine
Light soy sauce
Steps:
1.
Dice the taro after removing its peels. Chop dried scallops and shrimps into small pieces after soaking them in water.
2.
Marinate the minced pork.
3.
Mix marinated pork, diced taro, dice dried scallops, eggs, bread crumps and corn starch together. Knead into small pies.
4.
Grill the pies with the Korean Barbeque Grill until cooked.
