Spiny Tree Fern Soup

Ingredients:
Spiny tree ferns
Lean pork
Tuberous sword ferns
Sweet and bitter apricot kernels
Candied dates
Dried tangerine peels
Chinese liquorices
Chinese wolfberries
Seasonings:
Salt
Steps:
1.
Blanch spiny tree ferns and pork. Squash tuberous sword ferns.
2.
Boil water with the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Put in all ingredients (except Chinese wolfberries) and cook for 1.5 hours using the "Boil" function, or for 2 hours using the "Slow Stew" function.
3.
Put in Chinese wolfberries in the last 20 minutes. Season with salt.
