Spiny Tree Fern Soup

Ingredients:
Spiny tree ferns
Lean pork
Tuberous sword ferns
Sweet and bitter apricot kernels
Candied dates
Dried tangerine peels
Chinese liquorices
Chinese wolfberries
Seasonings:
Salt
Steps:
1.
Blanch spiny tree ferns and pork. Squash tuberous sword ferns.
2.
Boil water with the Ultimate Rice Cooker. Put in all ingredients (except Chinese wolfberries), close and lock the lid. Select the "Soup" function.
3.
Open the lid when the steam is fully released. Put in Chinese wolfberries and select the "Soup" function again. Cook for 20 minutes with the lid open and season with salt.
