Mix milk, corn starch and eggs. Cut the pork into stripes. Chop leeks and bean sprouts into small sections.

Marinade the pork.

Grill the pork with the Korean barbeque Grill on the "sun-ray" ridged non-stick Teflon grill pan. Leave aside.

Pan fry the eggs in the circular grill pan. Add leeks, bean sprouts, pork, pepper and salt. Fold the eggs so that the fillings are wrapped to form an omelette.
