Stewed Mutton with Pot Wine

Ingredients:
Mutton
Pot wine
Carrots
Cinnamon
Crystal sugar
Seasonings:
Salt
Pepper
Light soy sauce
Dark soy sauce
Steps:
1.
Blanch mutton.
2.
Saute mutton, crystal sugar, pot wine and cinnamon in the IH Pressure Cooker with its lid open using the "Grill" function.
3.
Add water and carrots. Select "Meat". Close the lid and stew until cooked.
4.
Season at last.
