Longan and Silky Fowl Soup with Donkey-hide Gelatin and Red Dates

Donkey-hide Gelatin
Red dates
Longans
Silky fowl
Dried tangerine peels
Chinese wolfberries
Seasonings:

Steps:

Blanch silky fowl.

Put all ingredients (except Chinese wolfberries) into the Ultimate Rice Cooker. Pour in boiling water, close and lock the lid. Select the "Soup" function.

Open the lid when the steam is fully released. Put in Chinese wolfberries and select the "Soup" function again. Cook for 15-20 minutes with the lid open and season with salt.
Tips:
Maria's tips: Donkey-hide Gelatin tends to stick to the bottom of the pan. Put it inside the silky fowl to avoid sticking and burning.
