Longans
Silky fowl
Dried tangerine peels
Chinese wolfberries

Steps:

Blanch silky fowl.

Boil water with the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Put in all ingredients (except Chinese wolfberries) and cook for 1.5 hours. Put in Chinese wolfberries in the last 15 minutes.
