Stir Fried Bean Threads with Spicy Minced Pork

Ingredients:
Minced pork
Spring onions
Bean threads
Palm sugar
Galangal
Chili
Dried shrimps
Lemongrass
Coriander
Marinade:
Sugar
Fish sauce
Shaoxing wine
Corn starch
Pepper
Seasonings:
Basil
Light soy sauce
Sesame oil
Steps:
1.
Chop galangal, lemongrass and chili. Soak bean threads. Marinate minced pork.
2.
Put galangal, lemongrass, chili, dried shrimps and water into the Professional High Speed Food Processor. Press the "Nut" button and blend into a sauce.
3.
Select the "Grill" function and melt the sauce and palm sugar in the IH Pressure Rice Cooker. Keep the lid open.
4.
Add the pork and stir fry until it is cooked. Stir in bean threads and cook until it beocomes slightlty dry.
5.
Lastly, add coriander, spring onions, basils and seasonings.
