Stewed Vegetarian Pork Balls

Ingredients:
Bronze boletes
Lion's mane mushrooms
Steamed bread
Eggs
Carrots
Water chestnuts
Seasonings:
Pepper
Salt
Mushroom powder
Spring onions
Ginger
Garlic
Light soy sauce
Dark soy sauce
Sesame oil
Sugar
Teriyaki sauce
Steps:
1.
Soak bronze boletes in water and chop into tiny pieces. Rinse and chop lion's mane mushrooms. Chop carrots, water chestnuts and divide steamed bread into small pieces.

Blend bronze boletes, lion's mane mushrooms, steamed bread, eggs, carrots and water chestnuts with the Professsional High Speed Food Processor Tornado Series. Take the mixture out and knead into balls.

Heat up oil in the IH Pressure Rice Cooker using its "Deep Fry" function. Deep fry the vegetarian pork balls until they are cooked. Take them out and drain the oil.

Saute spring onions, ginger and garlic using the Rice Cooker's "Grill" mode with its lid open. Add water and season with teriyaki sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and corn starch water.
5.
Lastly, add vegetarian pork balls and sesame oil. Close and lock the lid. Select the "Meat" mode and stew for 5-10 minutes.
