Chestnut and Walnut Soup with Lotus Roots and Seeds

Lotus roots
Lotus seeds
Chestnuts
Walnuts
Red dates
Lean pork
Seasonings:

Steps:

Blanch lean pork. Remove shells of the walnuts. Rinse lotus roots and seeds.

Put all ingredients into the Ultimate Rice Cooker. Pour in boiling water. Close and lock the lid. Select the "Soup" function.

Open the lid when the steam is fully released. Season with salt.
