Mexican Spicy Beef Stew

Ingredients:
Tomatoes
Dried tomatoes
Chili
Olive oil
Butter
Shallots
Garlic
Beef fillets
Sweet peppers
Potatoes
Seasonings:
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Tomato paste
Steps:
1.
Remove fat from beef fillets and chop into small pieces. Dice tomatoes and potatoes.
2.
Heat up olive oil and butter in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Add diced beef and fry with the "Pan Fry" function until it turns into a golden yellow colour. Season with salt and pepper. Leave aside.
3.
Saute potatoes, shallots, garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, chili, paprika, salt and pepper using the "Stir Fry" function.
4.
Put all ingredients other than the sweet peppers into the Cooker and cook.
5.
Add sweet peppers and cook until all the liquid is absorbed.
