Honey Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:
Chicken thighs
Tempura powder
Red onions
Dried shallots
Marinade:
Shaoxing wine
Sugar
Light soy sauce
Lemon peels
Oyster sauce
Seasonings:
Lemon juice
Honey
Salt
Black pepper
Water
Corn flour
Steps:
1.
Marinate chicken thighs. Cover with tempura powder.
2.
Deep fry the chicken until it turns golden yellow with the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker using its "Deep Fry" function. Take the chicken out and drain the grease. Then deep fry the chicken again.
3.
Saute dried shallots and red onions. Add seasonings and create a sauce.
4.
Add chicken thighs and mix with the sauce.
