Quail Soup with Chinese Yams & Poor Man's Gingseng

Chinese yams
Poor man's gingseng
Guail
Pork shoulder
Candied dates
Dried tangerine peels
Chinese wolfberries

Steps:

Blanch pork shoulder and guail.

Boil water with the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Put all ingredients into the Cooker (except Chinese wolfberries) and cook for 1.5 hours under the "Boil" mode. Alternatively, cook for 2 hours or more using the "Slow Stew" function.

Add Chinese wolfberries in the last 30 mins. Season with salt.
