Pork Kidney and Liver in Claypot

Ingredients:
Pork kidneys
Pork liver
Ginger
Dried shallots
Garlic
Spring onions
Leeks
Marinade:
Shaoxing wine
Salt
Pepper
Seasonings:
Oyster sauce
Sesame oil
Corn flour
Salt
Sugar
Steps:
1.
Soak pork kidneys and liver in salt water for a few hours. Rinse and marinate.
2.
Saute ginger, dried shallots, garlic and spring onions in the Ultimate Rice Cooker with the lid open under the "Meat" mode. Add pork kidneys and liver. Stir fry until fully cooked. Leave aside.
3.
Cook leeks and seasonings in the Rice Cooker to create a sauce. Mix with pork kidneys and liver.
