Choy Sum in Savory Soy Milk Soup

Ingredients:
Sugar-free soymilk
Choy sum
Chopped pickled mustard
Dried small shrimps
Deep-fried dough strips
Seasonings:
Salt
Pepper
Steps:

Put soy milk, pickled mustard and dried small shrimps into the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Boil under the "Boil" mode. Add seasonings.

Add choy sum. Soak until they are cooked. Place everything on a plate and sprinkle with chopped deep-fried dough strips.
Tips:
Maria's Tips: 1) Use sugar-free soymilk. You can also make it by yourself. 2) The deep-fried dough strips turn soft easily when exposed in the air. Grill them with the Halogen Cooking Pot under the "Pizza" mode so as to make them crispy again.
